Portrait of Dikshant Meshram

I'm a software engineer who likes the whole path from idea to production — the UI people touch, the APIs behind it, and the pipelines that ship it.

At Accenture I built enterprise apps in .NET Core and React, replaced slow Excel macros with a React app used by 500+ people, and helped move a team from weekly to daily releases. At Arizona State University I'm finishing an MS in Software Engineering with a 4.00 GPA, contributing to the NIJ-funded Elder Abuse Atlas, and building AI systems like Clinavis that ground every answer in real data.

I'm looking for a full-time role where I can own features end to end and keep learning from a strong team.

How I work

Three habits I bring to every team.

01

Ship small, ship often

Tight CI/CD and containerized builds turned weekly releases into daily ones without giving up stability.

02

Tests are part of the feature

Raising coverage from 65% to 85% meant 30% fewer bugs after release.

03

AI that shows its work

Retrieval, reranking and citations first, so answers can be checked rather than trusted blindly.

Off the clock

Trails, ballparks, hackathons and a lot of sky.
